Nice workout today.  I'm loving the timer and the circuit training.  One problem with everything - my weight isn't changing.  My habits and activity level has changed but the scale isn't moving. 

One thing I've learned over the past two and a half years is patience.  I'll keep doing what I'm doing, plan a little better, work a little harder and the results will come.

It just takes patience :)

I will add that even though the scale isn't moving, my body is changing.  I can feel and see it in my waist.  My legs feel stronger.  My arms feel stronger.
