I'm still fighting a sore throat and just feeling crappy.  I just keep plugging along.  This morning I tried to get up.  I did.  My alarm went off and I couldn't believe it was time to get up already!  My little girl was going to school with my son later so I hit snooze and made the executive decision to workout later.  Sleep is vital to getting better and I'm going to sleep when I need it.  That also means getting my butt to bed at night!

Today I did another Blonde Ponytail workout.  It was called "Before Breakfast Home Workout"  It was great!  I've got to have these last a little longer though.  I think I'm going to add some extra strength moves in with it so I've got the cardio and strength at the same time.  Any thoughts on that???

So it's a few hours later, I'm glad that this was saved automatically.

Eating has been crazy.  I'm up 4 pounds from last week.  That's four pounds of cinnamon rolls, apple pie, sugar cookies, candy corn --- you name it - I probably ate it.

So I sat down and read all of my Weight Watchers stuff.  I've got to get back to the basics.  In my head I'm thinking about the holidays and I've got to get under control.

My goal -- no treats, sweets, or yummies until Thanksgiving.  My reward - I get to eat what I want on Thanksgiving and not track that day.  Any thoughts?  I've got to get something printed and put it all over so that I can stay motivated.

Well - off to get the kids fed so that I can go for a chilly run!

Just wanted to update - My run felt great - just 3 miles.  It was cold but after ten minutes I took of my jacket, left my gloves on and felt great.  When I was done, I stretched, cooled down and then I was cold.  I don't think I've run in the cold before.  I've always headed to the gym in the morning and got my run in.  This winter, I really want to try and be outside as much as I can ;)
