I'm going to try and do the workouts from The Blonde Ponytail  I really like her workouts.  She is definitely on a different fitness level than I am - she's in incredible shape.  Today is my first day to try them and I really liked it.  I downloaded the Gymboss timer App to my phone.  It's the best interval timer I've played with so far and is the one that she uses in her workouts.

Here's what I tried today!  

 



If the weather permits, I'm going to run today also.  I'm secretly hoping it rains because my body is still recovering from Saturday's trail run.  I would love to do another run like that - it was such a nice change - I really liked it!

My friends and I just put our names in for the Ogden City Marathon.  It's the first of May and is a really popular run, so popular that they had to go to the lottery system.  We'll know the first week of November - I can't wait and I really hope it happens!

This winter I'm going to do all I can to look like Jess - trainer in the Blonde Ponytail - so that I can have a stronger, leaner body for my second marathon.  I just have to get a handle on my eating and get my brain in weight loss mode again.  It will be a challenge but hour by hour, day by day, week by week I can do it! 
I can do hard things!
