
What have I done??? I ran 17 miles today - 17 miles.
I felt pretty good today. My feet weren't feeling great but I could push through. The pad under the orthotic on my right foot drove me nuts the last 5 miles. I've got to get it figured out. My IT band is also tight - weird. I haven't noticed it- then when I got to thinking about it, it did bother me last week after my run. I've got to get on top of that - ice, stretching & tens machine. Ahhh, now to finish icing & then to shower!
