Fantastic run today. I didn't go early. Instead I put my running stuff on, got my boys to school, cleaned my house AND then went running. I didn't have anyone to watch my little girl so I went to the rec center. She loves her "friends" at the day care there. They were nice enough to let me run outside on the high school track.

The weather was beautiful. Perfect temperature. I felt so good. The track is awesome to run on, nice and cushy! I actually ran my fastest mile today and my fastest 5K. Loved it. This is what running is supposed to feel like.

My feet -- I am not sure if they are improving. My toes on my left foot really tingled and burned last week on my long run. I actually got in about 7 miles but I was close to my husband's office and I just didn't want anymore damage done. I finished with 8.75 miles done. I was mad - my legs and body felt great. I wanted to do more. I just don't know what else I can do for a neuroma except rest and wait. Now that both feet are affected I just wonder what to do - are there exercises I could be doing? Should I be icing daily? I guess I should google a little more and see what I can find.

A marathon is my goal. Can I endure 18 miles of tingling burning toes?

Eating today has been great. I'm focusing on the behaviors - not the scale. In fact the scale is no longer in the bathroom. It is tucked under my bed. I am done weighing at night and in the morning - crazy I know. The stupid habits that I form!
