I have been a slacker. Still running 3 days a week.

It would be awesome if that were the only report wouldn't it? To a person on the weight loss journey, what does an absence from blogging usually indicate? Come on, it's easy...

I have been struggling. Not really struggling, not trying really limits the struggling. I'm up almost 8 pounds. Crazy! How long does it take to lose 8 pounds... lots longer than it takes to gain.

Yesterday I tried to think of every sugar, yummy thing I've eaten the past month. I bet I could name almost each item down to the bite.

Two brownies, two piece of Texas sheet cake, ice cream, ice cream, ice cream, Chinese food, pizza, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate chips, sugar cookies, cream cheese frosting, cheese cake, cheese cake, Chic fil A, coconut cream pie, sugar free brownie, chocolate covered coconut ball, chocolate covered eggs, jelly beans, malted Easter eggs, 1/4 of a king sized Snickers, ice cream, brownie, brownie, brownie, banana bread, chocolate zucchini brownie, licorice, buttermilk syrup, butterscotch candies, peanut M&Ms, ice cream, sugar cone, ice cream with caramel sauce... OH MY HECK!

Really Molly. Really? Have I learned nothing? It stops. It stops NOW.

Here's to some goals. I'm not setting a weight loss goal, rather goals based on behavior to get me back on track.

Goals
1. TRACK and STAY with in my points - 29 points each day.
(What about activity points you ask? I'm going to play that by ear - I'm giving this two weeks then we'll look at Activity points)
2. WATER - WATER - WATER
3. Keep activity level up
