Starting - yet AGAIN. It's okay to start over!

It is May 25th - Memorial Day!  It's a beautiful day.  A little rain this morning and now - SUNSHINE!
I just did workout  A from Strong Curves with my son Hayden.  It's a great beginning level strength workout that focuses on the glutes.  I'm excited because as I read this program it all made sense.  I have fought tight IT bands and currently a really sore back.  I think it's all going to come back to my weak glutes.  I'm excited to see how I feel as this program progresses.  I'm really hoping my back pain disappears and I'm confident it will!
