1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Week 4 Days 3&4

W4D3 - I skipped lifting yesterday.  I was tired so I slept in.  Excuse, I know.
W4D4 - Ran hills today and got over 4 miles in.  It felt great.
