today the battle seems long and hard. i'm not sure how to eat or what to eat. i'm tired of being fat. i've gained 6 pounds in a week. i can see that spark people is helpful to me. recording what i eat is so valuable. i've got to get going. do you think that if i just focus on eating and not exercise too that's okay? i've started to much too fast. i can't gain anymore. i just can't. i don't like feeling like this. when i was pregnant, i didn't crave anything but fresh fruit. sugar wasn't a temptation. i was rarely hungry and now i seem hungry all the time. how can i replicate that? food is to keep my body moving not for me to enjoy. food is not the focus. fuel my body and move on with the day.
