So, I've wasted a few day! I'm feeling fat, tired and just worn out. I'm tired of feeling like this. How come gaining is soooo easy and losing is so HARD! Ug! I think when I weigh in I feel like I can take off a few days. I'm wondering if I should weigh in once a month. I'm starting again today. Last week was hard because Brian was gone. I hope this week is better and I can find time to track everything.
